Duration: 12+ months
Travel: 10% domestically in US for work and product demonstrations.

What we’re looking for
Enterprise Artificial Intelligence (EAI) is looking for a passionate and highly motivated AI Technical Product Manager (TPM).
The primary responsibility of this role is to operate as a TPM for Generative Artificial Intelligence with regards to technology and processes.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, the person in this role will support the Enterprise Artificial Intelligence department's objective to experiment, prototype, and deploy generative AI solutions that provide business value across the enterprise.
What you’ll be doing
Facilitate roadmap planning, goal setting, and launch timelines for generative model development
Drive technical projects from conception through launch, managing cross-functional teams
Identify risks, dependencies, and resource needs for generative AI initiatives
Monitor progress, milestones, and deliverables across multiple generative model workflows
Collaborate closely with researchers and engineers to balance pace of innovation with product reliability
Communicate technical details and tradeoffs effectively to senior leadership
Manage processes around model evaluation, testing, monitoring, and responsible AI practices
Be a bridge builder across technology, product, and operations teams
Oversee development and deployment of generative AI models.
Provide input in new methods for training generative AI models on large datasets.
Keeping up-to-speed on the fast pace of growth in Generative AI
Developing knowledge of the business unit / area that we are implementing Generative AI solutions
Understanding and formulating the problem with non-technical groups
Explaining proposed/developed solution to partners and non-technical groups
Maintaining relationships with partnering groups to achieve quick review/decision-making for potential solutions
Smooth handover of developed Generative AI solutions to implement, operationalize, and scale
Requirements:
Qualifications/ What you bring (Must Haves) – Highlight Top 3-5 skills
1-2+ years technical product management or AI/ML engineering experience, ideally with artificial intelligence and/or machine learning products
1-3+ years of IT/Tech industry experience
Technical background in AI/ML with good understanding of generative models
Ability to decompose complex projects and facilitate execution
Strong communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills
Data-driven mindset and comfort with ambiguity and bias for action
Experience operating collaboratively within cross-functional teams
Passion for generative AI and its potential to benefit people
Added bonus if you have (Preferred):
In addition to the responsibilities listed above, the ideal candidate will also be able to:
Work with researchers to identify and develop new research directions in generative AI.
Understand technical documentation and communicate to business owners and users.
Present generative AI work to technical and non-technical audiences.
