Oracle Database Developer
Location:Miami, FL Long term project
Required Skills:
5+ years exp. with Oracle Development
3+ years exp. with database migrations/enhancements
3+ years exp. with enterprise database maintenance
3+ years exp. with Agile teams/development cycles
Ability to work hybrid Mon-Thur (4x week)Long term project.
Enterprise exposure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement robust database solutions using Oracle technologies to support enterprise data management.
- Lead database modernization initiatives, migrating legacy systems to modern Oracle environments.
- Develop high-quality database solutions by gathering requirements, database design, and coding.
- Optimize database systems for performance efficiency.
- Ensure data security and integrity.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest Oracle technologies and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Oracle Developer.
- Strong experience with Oracle Database (12c, 18c, 19c) and related technologies.
- Proven experience in database modernization projects.
- Expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle RAC.
- Knowledge of Oracle Data Guard, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, and Oracle APEX is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
