Transformation Change Lead

Job Description
This exciting new role will sit in the Change and Transformation team with IT and Digital and will focus on supporting the key communications that support Change Management and the move to Digital ways of working
Section 3 - Key Accountabilities
• Enlighten others regarding change management and culture initiatives by providing subject matter expertise
• Produce key communications and toolkits to support adoption
• Identify and then implement communication strategies with Business Units to support the Transformation
• Partner with BU Change Managers in the implementation Comms strategy and support them as needed
• Provide change communications best practices to help corporate communications and transformation programs create engaging and compelling messages and assist in development if necessary
Section 4 - Knowledge, Experience and Technical Know How
• Comfortable influencing and collaborating at all levels of an organization
• Demonstrated experience producing organization-wide communications and communication strategies
• Demonstrated client relationship skills working in a dynamic client environment
• Strong project management experience, including schedule, scope, issue and risk management
• Strategic thinking and solving problems regarding organizational and behavioral challenges
• Experience leveraging leading change management practices
• Ability to measure and analyze data
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in an easily understandable written format
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills
Section 5 - Qualifications
Essential (at appointment): • Demonstrated experience leading complex large-scale organization-wide communications and communication strategies
Essential • Experience managing change initiatives for global transformations with successful outcomes
• Experience working with a diverse and multinational employee population
• Bachelor's Degree in Business HR Management, Organizational Psychology or other related fields
Desirable: • Prosci, ACMP, or an equivalent OCM certification
• Masters degree in business, communications, or related field

• Collaborates with Change Managers across BUs to deliver effective change management solutions that prepare employees for transformation efforts and new ways of working
• Facilitates education and training to build change management capabilities across the organization
• Coordinates with the Program Management COC in the planning and execution of large-scale change management programs to ensure identification and optimal timing of appropriate change activities
