- Experience handling large datasets
- In-depth/expert skills with SQL and database query tools
- In-depth ability to analyze, interpret, and present data
- Tableau (other BI tools ok, but not the preference)
- Requirements definition and refinement
- Experience producing insights on poorly defined topics
- Comfortable balancing independent ownership and working with support teams

Required Skills : Strong SQL (Joins with 3-4 tables, Windowing, Groupby etc.) Need to be able to do ETL with TSQL, not ETL tools. Visualization tools - Tableau (ideal) anythign is fine though Data Analysis skills; ability to gather requirements from the business.
