Title: IT Project Manager
Location: Georgetown, KY. Hybrid: 3 days Onsite (Tue, Wed, Thu)
Duration: 9+ months
Looking for a Project Manager with manufacturing plus Infrastructure background.
Automobile experience will be a huge plus.
Candidate has to go on Shop Floor so please support the role accordingly.
Qualifications/ What you bring (Must Haves):
Agile Project Management Expertise: Proven experience in leading tech/data systems projects using Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban), particularly in a manufacturing setting.
Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of information systems, data management, and IT infrastructure.
Communication and Coordination Skills: Ability to standardize and facilitate effective information sharing between IT and production engineering teams.
Resource Management: Experience in aligning and optimizing resources to ensure project success.
Problem-Solving Ability: Demonstrated ability to identify issues, analyze problems, and implement effective solutions swiftly.

What we’re looking for: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Project Manager who can lead the launch of new tech/data systems projects. The ideal candidate will excel in standardizing information sharing and aligning resources between information systems and production engineering teams. This role demands a strong technical background, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to bridge the gap between IT and production engineering.
What you’ll be doing:
Leading the planning, execution, and delivery of new tech and data systems projects in a manufacturing environment.
Standardizing information sharing processes to ensure seamless communication between the information systems and production engineering teams.
Aligning resources and coordinating efforts to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals align with business objectives and production engineering requirements.
Monitoring project progress, troubleshooting issues, and implementing improvements to optimize project outcomes.
