Day to Day
- Regular dev with Python and Rust
- Picked up Rust for more performant code instead of relying only on Python in AWS
- Fairly new, will be doing a lot of net new development
- Rust is new to their environment and are still developing their back bench would be great for someone to be a sme here – doesn’t need to teach everyone but would be great
- Cloudformation w/ typescript or python – big plus – asked about Typescript but not even a bigger bonus, fine with someone who has another JS library
- Front end would be a big bonus, vuejs
Must-Haves (Concepts & Tools):
- Python
- Rust – will be the main Rust person at the organization
- AWS – cloud formation specifically will be great
