SAP SuccessFactors Solutions Architect
Seeking innovative, experienced SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect to help our business partners maximize the value of our SAP investment. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced architect to make a significant contribution and influence the direction of our solutions.
The Solutions Architect is responsible for managing and driving the development, delivery, and support of HR-related applications. This role requires learning and problem solving, and the ability to guide a team towards implementing architectures and solutions.
Responsibilities
- Serve as subject matter expert for SAP SuccessFactors Modules Employee Central, Goal Management (PM-GM), Learning Management System (LMS), Recruiting, Onboarding 2.0, Compensation, and Employee Central Benefits (ECB).
- Independently and self-sufficiently configure SAP HCM / SuccessFactors suite to meet the business requirements with top-shelf quality.
- Collaborates with other senior roles and architects on various prototypes, or proof of concept, to test solutions.
- Establishes trusted relationships with key stakeholders internally & externally and partners/collaborates with them to drive mutual commitment to common targets and goals. This includes developing and maintaining strong customer relationships internally.
- Coach and lead junior team members, assign tasks, and production support backlog
- Meet regularly with HR directors across the organization to understand their business needs and strategic objectives
- Develop SAP SuccessFactors roadmap to scale and implement capabilities that enable our business partner’s strategies.
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in configuring, integrations, applications, implementing and supporting HR technologies in SAP SuccessFactors Space
- Experience & Expertise in SuccessFactors modules covering one or more of the following modules: Employee Central, Performance and Goal Management, Learning, Recruiting, Onboarding 1.0, Compensation, Employee Central Benefits and Employee Central ####roll
- Expert knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and related functionality, coupled with strong analytical skills and a good understanding of information technology and software life cycle concepts and processes
- Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently while managing projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to comfortably operate in an environment with multiple stakeholders at many levels
- Ability to drive decisions, deliver results, and meet deadlines while prioritizing and managing multiple tasks
- Proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to identify potential issues from multiple perspectives
