ServiceNow CSM Developer
6+ months contract
Hybrid – Hopkins, MN or Atlanta, GA More info about the project: They are automating customer interactions via APIs - changing a bank account number for example. Requests come to the CSM portals.
Supporting a transportation product - freight related (FedEX, UPS, USPS). They have a system that runs on Microsoft - this ServiceNow CSM platform onboards customers into the system
Need good communication – someone that can hold their own on their work without much guidance, will be working with stakeholders, business lines, etc
Must Haves:
5+ years of ServiceNow experience
3+ years of CSM
CAD-CSM certification
