Sharepoint Developer
Charlotte, NC – 3X A WEEK ON-SITE
12+ months
Primary Responsibilities
- Devise technical specifications and develop solutions for a variety of stakeholders in SharePoint Online
- Assist with SharePoint Online administration duties
- Implement and uphold SharePoint Online governance policies
- Deliver value through projects of varying complexity to the end-user community, primarily using the Microsoft suite – SharePoint Online, Power Automate, Power Apps, etc.
- Provide technical engineering services, training and consultancy to key stakeholders and the broader SharePoint user base
- Ensure the services being fulfilled are in line with business expectations and delivers sustainable performance following transition to the Operational phase of the software lifecycle
Core Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of experience with SharePoint development and administration
- 3+years of experience in technical analysis and design, preferably within a consulting environment or large enterprise
- Experience working within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Demonstrated experience building custom webparts
Other Qualifications
- Thorough understanding of SharePoint Server and SharePoint Online platform capabilities
- Experience with:
- SharePoint Framework
- PowerShell scripting
- JavaScript/TypeScript with Node JS
- ShareGate
- Power Automate and Power Apps
- SharePoint REST services
- HTML/CSS
- Strong analysis and design skills
- Excellent communication skills across all levels of staff
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a complex environment
- Aptitude for designing creative technical solutions based on a wide range of opportunities
- Project a strong presence, professional image, and handle difficult technical issues with confidence
- MS Accreditation is a plus
- Project Management or Agile certification a plus
